What is Loan Advisor?

Loan Advisor is an online mortgage application origination system available to client credit unions that choose to take mortgage applications in person or over the phone from their members.

How does our client credit union staff get access to Loan Advisor?

To find out more about Loan Advisor please contact your CUC Mortgage Business Representative.

How do I request a new user account?

If your credit union is already an established user of Loan Advisor, please submit a Loan Advisor New User/User Modification request.

I am already a Loan Advisor user and I need to change my user information?

If you wish to change your user information please submit a Loan Advisor New User/User Modification request.

I can not log into Loan Advisor?

If you can not login to Loan Advisor, please contact our helpdesk by email: helpdesk@cucmortgage.com

Do I need to log into MortgageLink to access Loan Advisor?

No. Loan Advisor is accessed by going directly to Mortgagebot’s Powermanager administrative website at: https://powermanager.mortgagewebcenter.com

I do not have a NMLS number, can I still use Loan Advisor?

No. All credit union staff who will be involved with originating member mortgage applications must have a NMLS number and Company ID associated with their Loan Advisor user account to continue using Loan Advisor after July 28, 2011.
