Order Information

Shipping Information

Materials will be shipped standard ground UPS unless otherwise requested by the credit union. Please allow 4-6 business days for shipping within New York State and 7-10 business days for shipping outside New York State. All shipping charges will be billed to the credit union.

Customization Information

Brochures and statement stuffers can be customized with the credit union’s name, logo, address, phone/fax number, web site and e-mail address. Colors and artwork cannot be changed. All customized information will be in black.

Artwork

Artwork for credit union logos will be accepted by email or on a CD or Mac-compatible zip disk containing either Illustrator or Photoshop files. Artwork will also be accepted in clean, black and white laser-printed hard copy.

Order Information

To order marketing materials, complete the Order Form and return to us via email at jennifer.chenail@cuany.org, fax at (518) 782-4313 or mail the form to CUC Mortgage, Attn. incite! Marketing, P.O. Box 15118, Albany, NY 12212. Once we have received the order form we will provide you with a price quote and proof. Production will not begin until we have received authorized approval on both the price quote and proof. Shipping charges will be invoiced. State-chartered credit unions will incur sales tax.

It is very important that you review the copy on the pre-designed marketing campaign pieces, to ensure the copy written reflects the operations of your program. The credit union assumes liability for all copy.
